I think about how not too long ago in human history our main communication was in the form of written letters, and how long that communication process would take! I am constantly unlearning this artificially created sense of urgency driving our nervous systems wild, so this could mean I respond slower than expected in our modern world. However, if you believe your message is urgent, included the word "URGENT" or an "🚨" in the subject line or at the beginning of the message, and I will do my best to respond as quickly as possible.

My plan for my newsletter is to send them monthly (at least) once I am active, or weekly where I would summarize all major updates so I won't overwhelm your inbox! At the moment, I am still developing my online presence.
